Fees shown are LAWFIC’s professional fee. GST at 18% is added and appears on every invoice; the “debited” figure is what leaves your account. Government fees are never inside a membership price — they are passed through at cost on their own line. A yearly membership charges 10 months instead of 12.
Autopay runs on UPI Autopay or your card under the RBI’s e-mandate rules, which cap an unattended recurring debit at ₹15,000. Every monthly membership is comfortably under that. The yearly price on Business and Compliance is over it, so those two are paid once a year with your approval rather than by standing instruction. Either way nothing is taken without you authorising it first.

Before you subscribe
How renewal and cancellation work
- 01Your membership renews automatically on the date shown, at the same price. You will be told what the amount is before it is taken.
- 02Your bank or card issuer sends you a notice at least 24 hours before each debit, giving the amount, the date and a reference.
- 03Cancel from your account at any time, in one step — no call, no email, no form.
- 04Cancelling stops the next renewal. The period you have already paid for runs to its end and your benefits stay on until then.
- 05Filings already in progress are completed whether you cancel or not.
- 06Unused included filings belong to the month they were in and do not carry over. They are work we set aside for you, not money held on your behalf, so nothing you paid is lost.

The government fee is never inside our fee
Udyam registration is free at source. So is GST registration. We show you what the government charges and what we charge as two separate lines, on the quote and on the invoice.
Nothing is charged until you have seen the number
You send a request, we look at your file, and we quote. Declining costs you nothing, because nothing has been taken.
No charge for a filing we cannot complete
If a filing cannot proceed, every rupee goes back to your wallet the same day — as a credit you can see on your statement, not a promise to process a refund.
The wallet is not a lock-in
Your balance pays for LAWFIC services and nothing else. We do not expire it, and we do not charge to hold it.
Questions about billing
Is there a joining fee or a minimum commitment?
No. Pay per filing costs nothing to join and has no minimum. The monthly plans are billed month to month and you can stop at the end of any month.
What exactly is a 'government fee'?
The amount the department itself charges — ₹107 for a new PAN, ₹1,000 for late Aadhaar–PAN linking, and so on. Several of the most common services, including Udyam and GST registration, have no government fee at all. We pass these through at cost and show them separately every time.
Why do you quote instead of showing one fixed price?
Because government fees move with state, turnover and category. A single fixed price behind a checkout button means either overcharging some customers or absorbing losses on others. We would rather look at your file and tell you the real number.
What happens if my application is rejected?
If it is something we can fix — a document query, a clarification from the officer — we handle it at no extra charge, because that is the work you paid for. If it cannot proceed at all, we close the order and credit everything back to your wallet.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, at the end of any billing month. Filings already in progress are completed either way.
Do plan prices include GST?
GST is charged on our professional fee at the applicable rate and is shown separately on the invoice, like every other statutory amount.
